ABSTRACT: Some persons always say yes. They are always willing. Some persons always say no. They are always unwilling. Both are personality traits. The former is Yes-man and the latter one may be called as No-man. Between the two No-man is far better since he moves as per his self-judgement. In fact baseless fallacy of friend bores and logical argument even of foe attracts. In case of Yes-man he has no head. He has only two hands. As such head of the boss and hands of the Yes-man make a complete man. If the head goes out of order the Yes-man becomes invalid.
