When an author submits their manuscript, they must agree that their article is not plagiarized, and it represents original work. The ethical policy of SSAR Publishers adheres to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines and aligns with the International Committee of SSAR Publishers Editorial Board codes of conduct. All stakeholders, including readers, authors, reviewers, and editors, are expected to adhere to these ethical policies when collaborating with SSAR Publishers. The ethical policy determines the publication eligibility of research papers or articles submitted to the Journal for a particular issue. For comprehensive information on publishing and ethical guidelines, please visit http://publicationethics.org.

Authorship of the Paper: Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study.

Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must ensure that their work is entirely original, and if they have used the words of others, proper citation is necessary.

Data Access and Retention: Authors may be required to provide raw data for editorial review and should be prepared to grant public access to such data.

Multiple, Redundant, or Concurrent Publication: Authors should not publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal or primary publication.

Acknowledgment of Sources: Appropriate acknowledgment of sources must be provided.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest: Submissions must disclose all relationships that could be perceived as presenting a potential conflict of interest.

Fundamental Errors in Published Works: Authors must promptly notify the journal editor or publisher if they discover a significant error or inaccuracy in their published work and cooperate to retract or correct the paper.

Reporting Standards: Authors of original research reports should present an accurate account of the work performed and an objective discussion of its significance.

Hazards and Human or Animal Subjects: Statements of compliance are required if the work involves chemicals, procedures, or equipment with any unusual hazards, or if it involves the use of animal or human subjects.

Use of Patient Images or Case Details: Studies involving patients or volunteers require ethics committee approval and documented informed consent.

Authorship Changes: Authorship changes are considered under the following conditions:

  • Adding or removing a corresponding author before publication.
  • Adding or removing a corresponding author after publication.

Authorship Change Process:

  1. Valid reasons for changing authorship details must be provided.
  2. All authors should agree on the change. If unanimous agreement is reached, the authorship will be modified.
  3. If not all authors agree, the article will remain unchanged until consensus is reached.
