ABSTRACT: Lovers are the most victim of sentiment. Love is guided by emotion. Emotion has no base and no brake at all. It is tender in nature. But the paradox is that emotion breaks all barriers and crosses all boundaries with its violent force. The lovers test the genuineness of love through sentiment. The more sentimental the greater is the lover. It is alleged that lovers black mail each other through sentiment. The victim has to oil the partner much to regain normalcy. Thus degree of sentiment is the yardstick to guess thereby gauge the intimacy of two romantic souls. Sentiment is valueless to a third party but it is valued much by a sensitive soul who is sentimental as well.
