ABSTRACT: Irregularearning is very painful. The person knows not, in any day of the calendar, whether he will get a full meal or part meal or no meal at all. The children and women are the most affected. The rich parents fix the marriage of their daughter with a guy having a regular and solid income. In contrast, regular and steady incomes are merely a dream to the poor. They live with starvation. They die of starvation. So, irregular income is their ever companion and never failing friend.
