Abstract:This review analyses Ray Njoku’s Comparative Public Administration: A Transnational Study of Administrative Systems in their Ecological Settings. Njoku’s approach to the subject of the book offers theoretical and practical insights into the exercise of comparing administrative systems, especially on a transnational basis. The review will evaluate the content, scope and approach of the book, whilst cross-referencing it in some respects with some existing literature.
